Margherita Colangelo is Associate Professor of Comparative Law in the Law Department of Roma Tre University, where she teaches "European Competition Law" and “Comparative Legal Systems”.
She holds a degree in law cum laude from Roma Tre University and a Ph.D. in Comparative and European Private Law from the University of Macerata. She received a LL.M. from the European University Institute (EUI) of Florence.
Her main fields of research and topics of publications are in Comparative Law, Competition Law and Regulation.
She has authored the book "Creating Property Rights. Law and Regulation of Secondary Trading in the European Union" (Leiden-Boston: Nijhoff, 2012) and several articles in Italian and international law reviews.
Her current research focuses on the application of competition rules in the pharmaceutical sector.
